88 out on my patio this morning at o-dark thirty.  usually not this nasty-hot until July.  feeling a little sluggish/tired.  sure enough, its been about 4 weeks of “build” (increasing hours each week).  This is a good week to pull back the hours, since I’m ~38 days from my next set of events (Grand Tour in Malibu & Death Ride 2 wks after).  Doing these base-build-taper periods is still new for me & I’m not entirely sure I’m doing it all correctly.
